Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Onna when you use the app.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Onna app and the website at joinonna.com (together, “Onna”). Your privacy is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Onna is operated by Athenalogics Solution Private Limited, with its office at 433, IVth Floor, Mansarovar Plaza, Madhyam Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020.
2. Who can use Onna
An adult who sets up a family circle is responsible for the family members they add, including managed profiles for children. A teen may hold a provider-authenticated account where the sign-in provider and applicable law permit it, but age-aware restrictions still apply. If you add or manage a child’s profile, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorised to manage their information.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google or, on supported Apple devices, Sign in with Apple, and are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and profiles you manage. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Your content
The content you add to Onna — your photos, documents, notes, messages, records, and other information — remains yours. You grant Onna the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and the family members in your circle. You’re responsible for the content you add and for having the right to add it, including anyone else’s information you choose to include. Available feature exports are free; their scope depends on the feature and they are not a promise of one complete account or circle export.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Onna for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
- Upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to access other families’ data, or disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the service.
- Use Onna in a way that harms children or violates their privacy.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Onna offers a paid plan, Onna Premium, for one family, billed monthly or annually with the same benefits. Where you subscribe decides who bills you: on the Onna website, subscriptions are billed through Razorpay; in the iPhone app, purchases use Apple’s App Store and are charged to your Apple Account; in the Android app, purchases use Google Play. Your payment details are handled by that provider and are not stored by Onna, and the price, billing period and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm.
Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you choose until you cancel. A subscription is managed and cancelled where it was bought: in Your plan on the website, in your App Store subscriptions, or in your Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. A family receives one set of Premium benefits however it is paid for. A subscription stays with the person who paid and the family it was bought for; leaving a family or deleting your Onna account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Prices may change, and we’ll give reasonable notice before a change affects you. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled under Apple’s and Google’s own rules. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable; if you think something has gone wrong with a charge, contact us and we’ll look into it. Our Refunds & Cancellations policy explains how to cancel and when a refund applies, in plain language.
7. Onna is not professional advice
Onna helps you organise your family’s money, documents, household continuity, and health and fitness information. It is a tool for organisation only. Onna does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice, and nothing in the app should be relied on as such. Family Vault entries and continuity notes are for your own record-keeping and are not legal documents. For decisions that need professional guidance, please consult a qualified professional.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Onna running well, but the service is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onna is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Ending your use of Onna
You can stop using Onna and request account deletion at any time — see Delete your account and data. A request is not completion; Onna confirms completed deletion separately. We may suspend or end access to Onna if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where necessary to protect users or comply with the law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory rights available to you under local law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
